We value the health and well-being of our employees and customers above all else. For this reason, our stores were temporarily closed and our staff continue to work from home wherever possible. Where possible, we have reopened some of our stores, while following all governmental guidelines. We maintain support for all of our employees around the world during this challenging time.
Additionally, as we’re all practicing social distancing, we’ve put together some digital content that allows you to continue exploring from home. You can exercise along with our athletes, sit back and enjoy archival footage of athlete expeditions or read a variety of stories on our blog.
As we try to move towards a new normal, some of our stores in Denmark have reopened. You can find your nearest open store, including its opening times, using our Store Locator. Note that some stores are operating with reduced opening hours.
The wellbeing of our staff and customers is our top priority and we are following the latest government guidelines. As such, staff members are required to wear masks and gloves, and hand sanitiser is available at the store entrance. All areas of our stores have undergone a complete, deep sanitisation before reopening and will be regularly sanitised in accordance with government guidelines.
Once again, your health and safety are our top priority. In order to maintain a physical distance between staff and customers, we are limiting the number of people allowed in each store. This is based on the size of the store, with a maximum of one person every 20m2. There is a designated queuing area outside of each store where you can queue while maintaining distance.
