Store Update

The North Face always has and always will place the value of people above all else.

During these challenging times we recognise our responsibility to protect the health and well-being of both our employees and our customers.

For this reason, and in line with government restrictions to help slow the spread of the COVID-19, our stores are temporarily closed and our click and collect services are suspended.

In-store returns are not possible during this time, but we’ve extended our returns period until the end of March, so you can return unused items when our stores reopen.

We will reopen as soon as it’s safe to do so. In the meantime, you can continue to shop online.
