The North Face statement on COVID-19


The North Face always has, and always will place the value of people above all else.

During these challenging times we recognise our responsibility to protect the health and well-being of both our employees and our customers. For this reason, to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus we’ve decided to temporarily close our stores.

We are constantly monitoring the situation and hope to reopen soon. If you made a purchase in store after the 1st February that you wish to return, we kindly ask that you hold on to it for now and as soon as we reopen our doors, we can process it for you. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

This global crisis has reminded us that empathy is a key driver of exploration, and when faced with adversity we’ll continue to do our part to champion that spirit of exploration. We believe that distancing shouldn’t mean disconnection.
