Where & when do we deliver

Goods ordered through this website will only be delivered to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Currently we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and British Overseas Territories.

Standard and Collection Point deliveries will be made between 7:30 am and 9:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

The products you ordered could be shipped from different warehouses in Europe, subject to stock availability, therefore different delivery times may apply. Please consider the one below as an estimated time of delivery; the actual delivery time is displayed at checkout. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Standard delivery and Collection Point orders will be delivered within approximately 2-4 or 5-7 working days depending on which warehouse your order ships from. For the most recent updates, please always refer to your tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.

We do not deliver goods to P.O. Boxes and British Forces P.O.

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. Order cut-off times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms of Sales. We are unable to change the delivery address on orders
